The affairs of TTA are managed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board consists of five officers that serve one year terms; three at-large directors that serve staggered three year terms; the two immediate past presidents that serve as ex-officio members; and a representative from each chapter and from each Associate Organization. The board meets four times a year at times and places announced on the web calendar page and in the Tennessee Trails newsletter. Members are welcome at any of these meetings and are encouraged to attend.
