The Murfreesboro chapter serves hikers of Rutherford and surrounding counties. Hikes are regularly scheduled throughout the year on the many trails in this region, as well as in other parts of the state. Check the TTA calendar for more information about upcoming hikes.
The Murfreesboro chapter meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM CT in the Wilderness Station, located behind the ballfields in Barfield Crescent Park, 697 Barfield Crescent Road. (map)

Saturday: Shop for Crafts, watch the weigh-off, sample pumpkin baked goods. At noon, decorate the TTA float. At 2pm, march in the Pumpkin Festival Parade! Afterwards, hike in nearby Colditz Cove SNA to view Northrup Falls. Sunday: Choice of several short, but beautiful hikes on the trails of Pickett. More details. |
