In November 2009, TTA chartered the new Dyer County chapter in West Tennessee. The chapter meets monthly in Dyersburg.

TTA 19th Annual Allardt Pumpkin Festival.
Friday: Camp at Pickett SP. Tents and RVs are first-come, first-served. Cabins may be available by calling Pickett (931-879-5821).
Saturday: Shop for Crafts, watch the weigh-off, sample pumpkin baked goods. At noon, decorate the TTA float. At 2pm, march in the Pumpkin Festival Parade! Afterwards, hike in nearby Colditz Cove SNA to view Northrup Falls.
Sunday: Choice of several short, but beautiful hikes on the trails of Pickett.
