Once each year, Tennessee Trails Association members from across the state gather for a weekend of fun, food, and fellowship. There will be hikes, exhibits, programs, a silent auction, and Friday evening entertainment. The Annual Meeting will be held from Friday, October 28, through Sunday, October 30, at the Pickwick Landing State Park and Convention Center, Pickwick, Tennessee. At the Annual Meeting of the membership we will elect Officers and other Board Members, hear about TTA developments, and present several awards recognizing individuals or organizations for their outstanding contributions to the furtherance of TTA's missions and goals.

Our hosts for this year's event are members of the Memphis and Jackson chapters who would like to invite everyone to join in the fun.

The cost of attending the Annual Meeting is made up of three elements: a registration fee, the cost of housing, and the cost of your meals. The registration fee and the meal costs must be paid to TTA in advance. Click on the Food menu option above for more details about your meal options. You must make arrangements for your accomodations directly with the park. Click on the Housing menu option above for more details about availability and costs.

Early Registration is $25 per person if your registration is postmarked on or before Friday, September 15, 2016. After September 15, the registration fee increases to $35 per person! Registration fees cover the entire weekend and cannot be prorated.
