REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS


Follow these simple steps to register for the 2009 Annual Meeting:

  1. Click here to retrieve and print the registration form.
    This step requires the Adobe Reader software, which is a free download from Adobe.

  2. Complete registration form, as follows.

    1. Please list each attendee's name on the registration form. Please print neatly or type.
    2. Make your meal selections and calculate the cost.
    3. Calculate the total registration fees and meal totals to obtain the Grand Total amount.

  3. Make out your check to Tennessee Trails Association to cover the costs of registration and meals.

  4. Mail your check and completed registration form to:
